This sweet and spicy treat is made using our grandmother's 150 year old original recipe.

Cake Size: 18cm diameter round. This can be cut in to 6 to 8 pieces.

Ingredients: Flour, Brown sugar, Butter, ground ginger, cream of tartar, bicarbonate of soda.

Store in a cool dark place and use within 21 days of delivery.
